The information space of the United Arab Emirates is increasingly talking about the possibilities of development of the transport infrastructure based on SkyWay technology. On 9 December, Al Arabiya News channel broadcast a story about the prospects of introducing innovative SkyWay solutions.
The story tells the audience that the integration of the Skyway transport in the road network of Dubai will relieve the urban infrastructure with passenger traffic of 20 thousand people/h for a five-seat unibike and 50 thousand people/h for a single-section unicar.
«The Skyway transport, unlike other vehicles with the same capacity, uses 100 times less space, and energy efficiency is 5 times higher than that of electric vehicles, and 10 times higher for the entire infrastructure as a whole», - reports Al Arabiya.
