Following a series of publications in the Indonesian press, which referred to the freezing of PT SkyWay Technologies Indonesia work, the SkyWay group of companies expresses its position.
The work of the Indonesian partner was frozen in May this year due to loss of confidence in the Director of the company Madinatul Fadhille. There is evidence of non-compliance with the principles of transparency and violation of the laws of financial activity from her side. The statements of the Director of PT SkyWay Technologies Indonesia Madinatul Fadhille, published in local media, cannot be associated with SkyWay due to freezing of the work of the organization headed by her. Her statements are considered a provocation, additional confirmation of the Manager's unfair attitude to the mission assigned to her and an attempt to discredit the SkyWay group of companies.
More recently, Madinatul Fadhille gave an interview to Mikhail Kirichenko and the Indonesian press, where she expressed quite opposite thoughts about SkyWay, talked about its prospects in Indonesia. Now, one can only assume what encourages the former regional director to make the harsh statements which she is making today.
"We have ceased our cooperation with the Indonesian partner after having revealed the fact of embezzlement of the SkyWay Main Company's funds aimed at the development of PT SkyWay Technologies Indonesia. We cannot take undue risks, given the magnitude of the tasks and the degree of responsibility. The publications that have appeared now confirm the fairness of our fears. We will deal with the situation and bring it to a logical conclusion in court", the SkyWay group of companies' management commented this situation. It is also noted that the SkyWay is still open to cooperation and joint development of the projects with all financially independent and decent partners in Indonesia.
