The OfficeLife business magazine published an interview with Nadezhda Kosareva, General Director of the project organization CJSC "String technologies". The trends of transport development and the labor market, the peculiarities of the start-up building in Belarus and the prospects for SkyWay technology in the world were in the spotlight of the article.

Talking about the cultural and economic situation, Nadezhda Gennadyevna drew attention to the present specific imbalance between IT and the real sector, lack of designers and engineers.

"Now Belarus has formed the image of a country of advanced technologies – but where are these technologies? There are few new products, mostly programmers are working. And where are engineers and designers? Things do not go smoothly here", says the General Director of SkyWay, which is one of the few projects that offers something realistic and effective in the field of transport. Other companies offer few interesting ideas in this industry, according to Mrs Kosareva.  "We are constantly analyzing new products and, in general, we are not impressed with the analysis results", she states.

Speaking of SkyWay, Nadezhda Gennadyevna notes the constructive approach to the creation of transport inherent in the essence of the technology. "We are working "closer to life", i.e. we do not say that we, for example, need metal from another planet. Everything is being made on traditional and proven solutions, rethought and redesigned ones, so that the output is a brand new product. The scheme of "the iron wheel on the iron rail" has been used for a very long time, but we apply it outside the box and in combination with other changes: for example, we got rid of  the screen effect of the roadway when we moved the transport on the rail-string flyover. Due to this, the aerodynamics has improved, and with it, increased the speed and efficiency of the transport rail vehicles – unibuses. And there are a lot of such nuances, and together they give a good result."

The General Director of the SkyWay project organization also answered the question why Belarus had been chosen as the base for the start of implementation of the large-scale transport startup.

"The most important factor is that Anatoliy  Eduardovich (Yunitskiy –  еditor's note.) is a Belorussian. And he really wants Belarus to be recognized worldwide. Since the Soviet era, in Belarus, there has been a very strong school of engineering: everybody knows BelAZ, MAZ, MTZ and many other Belorussian manufacturers. We need the staff of just this profile.  Even if you create something innovative, you want to rely on reliable specialists who speak the same language to you".

It is noteworthy that this interview appeared now when the SkyWay group of companies have announced their readiness to enter the broad transnational platform and today, intends to concentrate its actions in the Middle East.
